It is my intention to give you as many tips as possible so that after the coaching you start with a new "way of life" in which tasty, healthy and unprocessed food plays a central role.
During the conversation there may be some theory involved, but on the other hand you will receive a lot of practical and easy tips & tricks.
I can already tell you that we will not be talking about dieting, counting calories, banning fats or choosing light products ;-). As with "natural food" yet you will gradually to your natural weight!
